What you need to run the CDROM:
*PC. This product is not designed to work on an Apple MAC.
*Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP only.
*Windows Internet Explorer. This software comes already installed on your Windows 98/2000/XP computer. Opera, Firefox and Netscape are not currently supported.
*Flash player. This will allow you to see all the pictures. The cdrom will not work without it. If you do not already have this on your PC, it is free to install from www.macromedia.com

Q: My CDROM doesn't work when I put it into my computer
A: Please check you are using a PC (not an Apple MAC). Check that it is Win 98, Win 2000 or Win XP. If your security settings are very high, your PC may stop the cdrom from launching. To fix this,
reduce your security settings by opening internet explorer, and then clicking on 'tools' and then 'internet options'. Also, if any popups ask you to accept content, active X components, or to run the cdrom, please say 'yes'. Sometimes computers on a network (in schools, etc) may have very high security settings which can cause the cdrom not to run. To double check this, try your cdrom on another PC.

Q: When I put the cdrom in, its asks me to accept active X components, or to accept unknown content. What do I do?
A: Please accept these, and your CDROM will run corrently.

Q: The cdrom opens up the first, but I can't see a picture of a horse
A: You need to download a flash player. Go to www.macromedia.com and downlod and install a flash player.

Q: The cdrom plays, but it's not displaying correctly - everything looks very tall and skinny!
A: The CDROM is not currently compatible with Firefox, Opera or Netscape. Please use Internet Explorer and this problem will be fixed.
